Rolf Wagner is the owner and Chef for the Fondue Pot. Originally from St. Moritz, Switzerland, Rolf attended the prestigious University of Lausanne where he earned his degree in culinary arts. Rolf has been the executive chef and owner of a fondue restaurant in St. Moritz and brings his talent to the Boston area since 1994. Rolf uses authentic Swiss cheeses and products in all of the fondues and dishes.

Last year, Rolf decided to add a take-out portion to the Fondue Pot giving customers the fondue experience in their own homes. Especially successful have been the fondues for parties.
